Where is Markant located
We have our main office with Experience Center in Houten, the Netherlands at Elzenkade 1. You are always welcome here during office hours.

What products does Markant sell?
We sell furniture for office interior design. From desks and conference tables to call boxes and reception areas. The right furniture for every office activity.
I have an insanely good product, would you like to sell it too
We are a manufacturer of furniture. So our focus is on offering our own furniture. But in addition, we certainly have room for third-party products as part of our collection. We apply the following criteria in this regard:
- Does the product add something to our product range?
- Is our customer the right target audience for this product?
- Can it be easily integrated into our processes?
- Is it a high quality product?
- Does it make us happy?

How do I log in to Markant
At the top right of the website is the login button.
How do I become a customer at Markant
Markant is a business to business sales organization. To become a client of Markant, you must therefore have a Chamber of Commerce number and a VAT number.
Many dealers also sell to private individuals.
How do I create an order list
When you are logged into the webshop, you can click on 'My Markant' in the menu and create an order list. Once you have created an order list, you will find a plus sign under the order button on every product page, which you can use to add the product to an order list..
Then click the appropriate order list in the directory.
Can I share my webshop account with my colleagues
We recommend not sharing login information with others. A login is personal. It is, however, possible to create multiple accounts per company.
Ordering & Delivery
How can I pay at Markant
In cooperation with Adyen we offer the possibility to pay online with iDeal or Bancontact. It is also possible to pay online with Mastercard or Visa. If this is not possible, please choose the option Bank Transfer, our administration will send an invoice. This must be paid before the shipment of the products.
If we have made other payment arrangements with you, these will also apply to online orders.
Where do you deliver?
All over the world. Please note that the prices on our webshop are based on delivery in the Benelux. For delivery outside this region, this price is considered Ex Works (EXW) and transport will be calculated based on actual costs or can be self-organized.
When will I receive my products
This depends on what you ordered.
Do you order a product from stock?
Then you will receive an order confirmation with delivery date. We deliver some products only with our own logistics. Depending on the region of the country, this can take up to 1 week. Products that are easy to transport are also delivered by an external carrier. Delivery time is then a few working days.
In Belgium we currently deliver exclusively with our own logistics with a delivery time of about 2-3 weeks.
Products that are not in stock or products that are specially produced for you have a longer delivery time.
In the order confirmation we inform you about the expected delivery time. If you order your products including assembly, our planning department will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an assembly appointment.
Service
Can you also do assembly?
Yes you are. Markant has a team of experienced technicians at its disposal. For them, the furniture of Markant no longer holds any secrets. At checkout, you can simply choose the option delivery including assembly.
My sit-stand desk does nothing anymore! Now what?
Don't panic. Modern sit-stand desks are all equipped with what is called an anti-collision sensor that is supposed to prevent the desk from smashing furniture or people.
This sensor is sensitive to vibrations and can cause your desk to stop doing what you want. Are you sure there is nothing in the way of operating your desk? Then press and hold the up and down arrows simultaneously. The desk will now sink to its lowest position and then rise slightly. With most desks you will hear a beep. Then the desk has been successfully reset and should work like new.
My sit-stand desk still works, but won't go all the way up or down! Now what?
It looks like there is a minimum or maximum height programmed. Please look in the manual of the respective product to find how to change it.
Can I get a fabric sample
Yes, you can, when you visit our Expercience Center you can experience all the fabrics for yourself. Of course we can also provide you with a fabric sample afterwards.
Can I also provide my own fabric
We can deliver our upholstered furniture in all common project fabrics, but for special requests you can of course also deliver your own fabric. We will then of course consult with you to see if this fabric reaches the right quality level.
